Joined M.J. Harden in 1990 as a Project Manager responsible for AM/FM/GIS technical and consulting support. Mr. Ginther has worked with engineering, pipeline, transportation and utility firms, and government agencies. Most of his recent clients are pipeline companies, including Kern River Gas Transmission Company, Arco Pipe Line, Four Corners Pipe Line, Cenex Pipeline, Mobil Pipeline, Williams Natural Gas, and Phillips Petroleum. On these projects, Mr. Ginther developed functional specifications, determined economic feasibility, supervised pilot implementation, and full-scale data conversion. He is responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly by acting as a liaison between the client and production group, and tracking, scheduling, and consulting with the client. He has also prepared several papers, publications, and formal presentations.
Before Joining MJH, Mr. Ginther worked at Emery DataGraphic as a Project Manager. There he conducted economic feasibility studies; determined end-user requirements; developed and refined systems software, specifications, symbologies, and databases; and helped in data conversion operations. His clients included Madison Gas & Electric Company, lowa-Illinois Gas & Electric Company, City of Madison (Wisconsin), City of Lakeland (Florida), and Bridgeport Hydraulic Company. Mr. Ginther's previous experience also includes computer software analysis, field mapping, map generation, aerial photo interpretation, and computer modeling of large surface coal mines.
