Information about the Database Gale Primary Sources Gale Primary Sources is a platform that allows cross-searching of various digital archives the University of Maine has purchased from Gale. Archives searched include the news media collections 17th and 18th Century Burney Collection, Nineteenth Century U.S. Newspapers, British Library Newspapers, and The Times Digital Archive; and two large collections of books, pamphlets, visual media, and more - Eighteenth Century Collections Online, and Nineteenth Century Collections Online.
